NOT BE ADDED TO THE DATABASE. SEE 'SAMPLE RECORD' FOR DATA FORMAT.
IT TAKES TWICE AS MUCH TIME TO CHECK A RECORD THAT HAS BEEN ENTERED POORLY
THAN IT DOES TO ENTER IT FROM YOUR E-MAIL
USE all CAPITAL LETTERS
DO NOT include titles (front or back) in dog, sire, or dam
names
Breeder and owner names are LAST NAME FIRST NAME
Colors: Orange and White is O&W; Orange Roan is O&W&R
(you can figure out the others)

whether this is a New Record (adding a dog to the database) or if this is a
Changed Record (change dog info in the database) by adding an 'X' to the
appropriate field.
If you are changing info, please only add the dog's name and the changed info
fields.
