It is simple to use, and does most of the things that the commercial programs can
do. The database file is a comma-delimited file that can be read and edited in any word
processor when necessary. Best of all it's FREE. Requires Windows
3.1 minimum, and the file vbrun300.dll. There is no DOS version.
